Step 1: Select the branch that is closest to your family in Samoa. This will be their pick-up location
Step 2: Fill in their full name as it shows on their I.D
Step 3: Make your payment online
Step 4: Send the Order Number and Pick up location to your family in Samoa. Your order number starts with SM
Step 5: Your family can take their empty Gas bottle to the pick-up location and swap with a full bottle
* Receiver must take a Valid I.D. Full Name on order must also match name on I.D
Available only from Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm and Sat 8am to 12pm (CLOSED Sundays, Public Holidays). No bottles may be swapped outside of these hours unless it has been pre-arranged with Toa Gas Team at Togafu'afu'a and the Resellers in the Villages.
Customer must have an empty 9KG empty bottle to use this service. Any bottle is now acceptable including those from other Gas companies. If customer does not have a empty bottle, please do not purchase this product - you should purchase the Toa Gas 9Kg Full Gas Bottle for customers that do not have an empty gas bottle to swap
Once your order is complete, make sure to leave a valid phone number. Your family can also contact the Toa Gas Team in Upolu during working hours on +685 29090. Note that only the shops listed are included - NOT ALL SHOPS ARE INCLUDED as part of the online service. Also note that if the shop nearest to them does not have a refill available, they can contact Toa Gas on +685 29090 or Samoa Market Team on +685 29253 to arrange a change of store to the nearest store which is also part of the online service
