When can my Family/Friends pick up their order in Samoa?
As long as there has not been an issue with your payment, your order is processed automatically by our system and sent directly to the company and branch you have ordered from e.g. Ah Liki Wholesale, Farmer Joe Fugalei or SSAB. Once the order is received by the Vendor, your family can uplift at any time during working hours. Cash Power & Water Bill Payments are processed by our Samoa Market Team
What does my Family/Friends need to provide when they pick up orders?
They must provide the Shop with the correct order number that begins with SM. If you need help with your order number contact us. They must also provide a Valid ID that matches the name you left on the Receiver section when you placed your order. If you need to change the Receiver for your order, contact us
